What does a typical yacht rental include?
Every rental comes with an expert crew, all necessary safety equipment, fuel, and a selection of beverages and snacks. Specific items provided can vary depending on the rental type — for example, sunset voyages come with special refreshments and small bites, while business charters offer meeting facilities and tailored catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead, particularly during the busy season which lasts from May to September. For business gatherings or personal celebrations, we advise reserving 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event to secure your preferred date and to allow for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety is our utmost priority. In the event that the captain deems weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose a new date for your yacht experience or issue a full reimbursement. We keep a close eye on the forecast and will reach out to you at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure should the weather raise concerns.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages on board. We also provide exceptional catering options and can tailor the menu to your taste preferences. Kindly note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on the vessel.
Do you have yachts that can accommodate guests with physical disabilities?
We aim to make our services accessible to everyone. Although certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped for accessibility than others, please inform us of any special requirements during your booking and we will match you with the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If a cancellation is made no later than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. If you cancel within 24 to 72 hours, you will be refunded 50% of the cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of unsuitable weather or mechanical issues from our side.
